Richard Clayton Kensington is a character in Cars. He is a Piston Cup security van that appears among several other security officers at the Motor Speedway of the South, yelling at paparazzi who try to obtain footage while race officials attempt to determine the winner of the race.
He is a Capitol Motors Behemoth XLI that is painted in the same livery as all of the other Piston Cup security vans; black and white, with the word "Security" on his hood and the Piston Cup logo on his doors.
