Papo is a character that appeared in Cars: The Videogame. He is a Mexican race car of few words but many talents who visited Radiator Springs with his friend El Guapo to challenge Lightning McQueen to a race.

In Cars: The Videogame, Papo appears as an opponent in the races Radiator Cap Circuit and North Desert Dash, where he is usually found in the lower standings of the results. In the cutscenes for the events, Papo does not say anything, instead choosing to side with what El Guapo says and does. In addition to his race appearances, Papo is also one of the speeders that Sheriff must chase down in the "Road Hazards" level of Sheriff's Hot Pursuit, alongside Snot Rod and Lenny.

Physical description[]

Papo appears to be a 1947 Chevrolet Coupe. He is coated with a purple livery, with blue "flame" designs on his hood and doors. He has hydraulics and can only speak Spanish. Due to his shape, some fans have mistaken him for Doc Hudson when he appears in racetracks in Arcade mode.

Personality[]

Unlike El Guapo, Papo is quieter and rarely speaks throughout the game, and when he does it, he only speaks in Spanish. In North Desert Dash, you can see that he likes to show-off alongside El Guapo.
