Michael Sparkber is a rusty car that uses and supports Rust-eze, the bumper ointment product that sponsors Piston Cup race car Lightning McQueen.
In Cars, Michael is attending the sponsors meeting that McQueen is forced to make an appearance at. Sparkber is one of the cars that eagerly back out of the way as they allow Lightning a path to the stage, and watch and listen to him as he gives a speech.
