Bertha Butterswagon is a license plate frame maker who appears in Cars. She is a Remirunabout Menv, a fictional model named after the procedural modelling environment that Bill Reeves developed with Eben Ostby for Pixar.

History[]

She can be seen during the montage of Lightning McQueen and Mack's journey to Los Angeles, giving Mack an odd look as he makes faces into his reflection on the back of a tanker truck.

Trivia[]

  • Bertha was originally planned to have her die-cast be released back in 2010 in the Final Lap collection series but was cancelled. After 12 years, she finally got a release in the 2022 die-cast mainline.
