Arturo Mercado Jr. (born November 29, 1974) is a Mexican actor, who offers the voice of Dale Earnhardt Jr. in Cars, and Luigi in Cars 3. He is the current voice of Mickey Mouse in Latin America, and is also Woody's current voice. He is the son of the voice actor Arturo Mercado.
